JIMMY RICHARDS has explored various formats of storytelling. His experience working on student films, independent features, and episodic studio television has allowed him to garner a unique eye for creative development.

He believes that there is never an end to mastering a skill, and that it's crucial to continue to research and practice technique in any respective field.

In addition to his film background, he has a history composing and conducting original music as well as writing literary fiction, sketch comedy, plays, and poetry.

Bay Central Media was founded by longtime friends, Jimmy Richards and Peter Worthington, in their hometown of Baltimore, Maryland.

Jimmy was enrolled in film school at Johns Hopkins University and Peter was on his way to a law degree through the University of Maryland. After seeing one of Jimmy's school projects, Peter presented the idea of forming a business together. Their experiences would supplement each other's -- working as one unit with double the amount of skillsets.

They worked together under Bay Central Media, LLC and found success producing content for various businesses, artists, and academic institutions across the country. Each project gave the duo a chance to test their creative limits and fulfill a dream of working in film.

In December of 2017, Peter Worthington and his wife, Victoria, tragically passed. The cordial couple was a tremendous asset to the operations of Bay Central Media, LLC as they never failed to be a source of immense inspiration and motivation. Had it not been for Peter's initial proposition to start a business, it would not exist.

Bay Central Media, LLC is now a solo endeavor that plans to proceed with the initial goal that the partnership set out:

"Create original content with utmost passion, energy, and focus while remaining fun and enjoyable for all parties involved."

Each project undertaken is another step in the journey that is Bay Central Media, LLC.

Jimmy believes in creating a fun collaborative atmosphere in order to produce content that his clients are beyond satisfied with. He works in a casual manner and brings an optimistic perspective to storytelling. He constantly strives to create content that is inspiring, thought-provoking, and entertaining.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing and a General Business Minor from Miami University of Ohio and a Master of Arts degree in Film and Media from Johns Hopkins University.

Peter brings his business education and background to collaborate with clients to produce the most effective and engaging content possible. He draws from his past experience working on the feature film Pickin' & Grinnin' to assist with filming and production.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University and spent two years working as a Project Manager for a commercial construction company. He is now finishing up his J.D. at The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.*

*Peter was awarded a posthumous degree from The University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in May of 2018.
